Learn About Your Area of Interest
Our program descriptions can help you learn the basics about the various health professions, but there is no substitute for direct interaction with a practitioner. We encourage all pre-health students to learn as much as they can about the profession they are preparing for. Read articles and books on the profession, and consider shadowing or interviewing a professional in your area of interest.

Our Health Professions Advisor is an active member of the National Association of Advisors for the Health Professions (NAAHP) and the regional organization, the Central Association of Advisors for the Health Professions (CAAHP).
