Letters are available on demand via direct upload to the requesting application service when a student applies to their professional school.

Committee Letter Requests for the 2026-2027 Cycle

If you plan to apply to a health professional program in Summer 2026, you must notify the Pre-Health Professions Office of your intent. To begin this process, please complete the Intent to Apply Form below.

Is a Committee Letter Required for My Program?

Please be advised that Committee Letters are typically only required or expected for students applying to the following programs:

Medical (MD/DO)
Dental
Optometry
Podiatry

If you are applying to other health professions, such as Physician Assistant or Physical Therapy programs, a Committee Letter is generally not required.
